Return and Refund Policy

At Sportonix Sports, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an item or seek a refund. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.

1. Returns:
- All returns are subject to approval and are solely at the discretion of Sportonix Sports.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for return.

-The New Product for the replacement will be delivered within 6-7 Business days from the date of delivery of the old product

2. Refunds:
- Refunds are also subject to approval and are solely at the discretion of Sportonix Sports.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

-Time: 10-15 days (This Time Period includes the return delivery time of the old product)

3. Exchanges:
- We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund (subject to approval) and place a new order for the desired item.
